What do you think you are capable of?  Imagine it.  

Your imagination is a preview of life’s coming attractions.  

You have zero chance to be something you can’t even envision.

Imagine.  Believe.  Take action.  Become.

Protecting your ego – holding onto the past

How much time do you spend protecting your past decisions?  Trying to show your past ideas were the right ones?  Resisting that which you do not know much about?  Trying not to put yourself in places or around people who know more than you or make you look ignorant or like an amateur?

You can make much more progress if you stop protecting your ego and embrace whatever you must to make big moves toward being the kind of person who attracts what you say you want.

The choice is – be the new you, or be the old you forever.

In the struggle; gifts.

Often the adversity we experience fuels us to make things better and appreciate the right things/path/people.

Having an ability to turn crap into fertilizer is a valuable transformative skill.  It’s not a skill anyone teaches you, it’s one you make a personal decision for.  To say “I’ve had enough” and “I know now that this is not going to lead me to where I want to be”, and decide to take action or change yourself, or both.

If you don’t decide to transform your adversity into something good, then you see it as bad luck, or that you are a victim or that the world is unfair and a miserable place.

Unwrap the present, if you are ready.

Money can't buy happiness.

My friend Joe Polish says “Money can’t buy happiness, but poverty can’t buy sh*&!”

Well said Joe.

Money is kinda important, and the way you get it is to help other people get what they want and are willing to pay for.

Do you hate losing or love winning?

“I hate losing” becomes “fear of losing” and fear of failure and it’s debilitating.

To win, you have to risk losing.

Love winning.

Getting out of the fog

A bridge between despair and hope

We’ve talked about this before.  When we are angry or sad or hopeless, don’t make any decisions and don’t talk to people and blow up relationships.  Go to bed.  When you wake up it will look different and better.

When your behind on sleep, it causes lots of thinking problems.

Are you sleeping enough and well?

What do you expect for yourself?

When I was a kid I knew I’d do something special/important/big, and I moved toward it every since.

You’ll never outperform your own expectations of yourself.

It’s not too late to change your expectations with some quality thinking.
