When we do things because others expect us to, it’s what we are supposed to do, we want to look good to others, or we want to have things, it may leave us feeling empty in the end.
But when we do things that we are internally motivated, driven or called to do, we’re likely to feel filled and serve our purpose for being here.
Do you do things because you want to for you, or because you are pleasing others?
Spot on, Larry! I have lived both sides of that equation Internally driven action fulfills and satisfies, despite all the challenges and hurdles. Externally driven action leads to frustration, pain and anguish. It is the result of choices we make and the belief that there are no alternatives.
Thanks for all that you do!

Larry, have you ever read the poem: “The Guy in the Glass?” Google it and enjoy.
So true. It’s good to be aware of this and reminded. It is externally hard to want to give it away when inside you know this will give you purpose and satisfaction and it does!
Thanks Larry for all you give and great work on “The Big Build”!
