The Mentor's Wisdom

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

It’s human nature to look at the effects and think about how we can change them.  Less common is to look at causes.

A good mentor for leaders and businesspeople will answer your questions with different questions – and shift your attention to the causes.

If you have been trying to fix a problem over and over, maybe you are asking the wrong questions about it. What is the real cause?

Find it, then face it.

Good Morning Larry! ! I actually have a question for you. What is the story behind Think Daily? I ran across it in your book (the highest calling) and would like to know how it came about.

I have found this is the only way to make progress and the often the hardest to face up to. Thank you for a great real world blog

Can you recommend a good mentor? I have high goals and high expectations for this business and I would like to find someone to help me along my journey to be the best. Any suggestions?
