When we are up against a challenge, chasing big difficult goals, or just having a tough time for any reason, we have to make sure we keep our spirits up, and not take ourselves or anything too seriously for too long.

Do something everyday that makes you happy.  Be around people that are fun or funny.  Do some of what you love, or just get outside into the fresh air.

Get some psychological sunshine – everyday.

I have a “Happy Jar” on my desk. I try to write something everyday that made me happy and put it in the jar. Feeling blue? Dip into your happy jar and pull out something to read.
Just want some smiles? Reminiscing? There’s your happy jar.
Life is good.(:)
