Guts Required

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

Learning to lead a business and your team requires courage. Often you are handling things for the first time and you don’t really know what you’re doing.

It takes guts to be willing to get out of your comfort zone and be bad at it, so that you can get the experience, learn, and be good at it one day.

Leading can be scary.  Get help from others, find good advice, and get out there and lead.

This is a great thought. The adventure of being on the learning front is what drives me to get up everyday. My favorite moment is when I figure something new out.

I had a lengthy conversation with another member of the network yesterday, learning from his experience and exploring potential problems that I can try to avoid. Priceless interaction made possible by this awesome group of companies that you have brought together.

Great read to wake up to. Thanks Larry. Much needed motivation.
