It’s not coming.
The idea that one great idea or individual will come along and save your organization is a usually a pipe dream. More often it’s multiple ideas, and multiple talents rubbing against each other that produce positive direction and momentum that leads to better results.
What are five factors at work currently or that you will put in place, that will combine to make 2016 better than 2015?
DC is headed into 2016 with sights on:
1) Hiring New Salespeople to double in size
2) Retool of production staff to move to several “super crews”
3)Remove “muscle memory” and train in new ways/formats
4)Increase but keep even the flow of incoming sales and completed production
5)Increase the love by expanding a huge effort for online reviews; google, angies, yelp, etc.
