Ironically, we had that exact meeting today!
Not only did we set the Vision & Direction for 2016 but everyone also Identified the “strengths” of our TEAM and discussed own to best utilize our collective strengths to meet and exceed our 2016 GOALS!
Bottom Line, everyone is motivated and excited about building the RED (Recruiting Epic Dealers) TEAM into a lean, mean dealer recruiting machine!
We will meet every Friday to discuss not only our results vs. goals form the prior week, but also to discuss areas where we can improve our processes and Dealer conversions.
