Spend some time thinking about the big difference between what happened to you, and what you made it mean to you.

By repeatedly replaying a situation in our mind we magnify a situation or event way beyond the original occurrence. This can happen in either positive or negative situations.
It’s best just to accept the situation as it happened, learn your lesson and move on.

So true. What matters most is not what happens to you, it’s how you react to a given event/situation. Never stop growing; never stop learning.
