Not necessarily a popular thought but an idea think daily for so many who have a sense of entitlement.
A basic Reality check
Next time someone at work tells you they need a vacation, tell them work is a vacation from poverty.

Be heroic & genuine.
If you are truly genuine and sincere and are really trying to help, people know it.
How do you make your customers and others around you feel? Are you a genuine hero?
