I know. It can take courage to even speak. Who am I to offer an opinion or advice? What if they disagree? What if they don’t like me? What if I am wrong? (I try not to be.) And what if they don’t care or get mad?
Speak anyway.

This is a dangerous thought. I have learned that most people do not want the opinion of others when it conflicts with the opinion they have. When someone is diligent soliciting the opinions of others on a project, direction in life, or anything, they are much more successful. Most only surround themselves with people that will agree with them. My favorite book says “a wise man as many counselors”. Be careful giving your opinions as free as this Think Daily suggests. Just my bold opinion, case and point Larry 🙂

If I could send any of your “Think Daily’s” to my 15 year old self, this would be it! Painfully shy and to scared to speak would be an understatement… all those questions ran through my head. It takes a lot to overcome those fears and it was the best thing I ever did! 🙂

Mr. Janesky,
I was raised to understand everybody has an opinion. If certain people dislike yours/mine, they should just move on to other things. All the “what if” questions shouldn’t matter, because even if people don’t like your views, they are YOURS. I enjoy them. And in my opinion, that’s all that matters.

This November I’ll be 11 years senior of “51”, but you know what, I feel like I’m “41”because I’m passionate about my life, family, job, and EVERYTHING I do. Bottom Line When your “COMMITTED” to all of the above you can’t help but feel better, younger and more confident!
I’m COMMITTED….Are you?
