Telling the customer not to worry is super important and then Asking for the order now before you leave . Always try hard to walk out with it

The customer should know after the presentation without hesitation that your company is the one that will be taking care of them. I always ask that they make a conscience effort to take mental notes of how the process from the first phone call to the finished services has gone. I shall be asking for a review on our performance upon completion as I do for every project.
