There is a shortage of honest sales people with integrity that you can’t train. Then there are people with that honesty and integrity.
First find people who are honest with integrity and train, train, train. Anyone can become a good sales person as long as they are selling a great service or product. “If I can do it anyone can”.
These blogs just confirm what most are doing unconsciously. A good wake up call. Thanks L.J.
