You know Larry,
I think about your problems, there good ones. The comment on 10 sales guys. I worry that you will over staff your market / area of work. Maybe like flood what work is available with too much sells staff. Maybe think of satellite sales offices maybe 100 or so miles out – away from corporate.
your numbers should tell you what area to open a shop and set for work.
Do you do that now?
