Your greatest growth potential

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

What are you really good at?  What do you like to do even if you aren’t being paid?  Where are your talents?

That’s where your greatest growth potential is.

I think my greatest growth potential is: I am not afraid to change or grow and that helps me to implement new opportunities &/or system that help my team & me to be better! (I made a decision to be a lifelong learner about 4 years ago. I want to grow into someone who can be better prepared to handle more opportunity in all areas of my life physically, spiritually, relationally, emotionally, mentally & financially)

I used to live in the definition of insanity “doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result” I think it’s better to be or do something you’ve never done in order to become or arrive somewhere you’ve never been! ( of course evaluatin the success of others before you do something new is a good idea / unless you are on the cutting edge of something great)

I have the ability to be a friend and be a loving person Using the statement ” Love first act second” helps me greatly to know that all is well with me and I can choose to love and be supportive of anyone I come into contact with Thanks Larry Have a grateat day
