Quality People

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

People come, and people go.  Employees, vendors, customers. But over time, the ones that will be the most valuable to you’re organization and the people in and orbiting it, are people of fine character and motivations.  Surround yourself with quality people and you’ll go far.

If quality people don’t stay, remember that they’re trying to surround themselves with quality people too.  If you want a crowd of quality people around you, you have to be one of them.

Larry, you are absolutely right on; the right people are the difference in companies that excel versus those that do not. The first step is to hire wisely, which begins with using the right hiring model.
