Waste what’s cheap to save what’s valuable

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

What’s cheaper – This employees labor or that ones?  These materials or those materials?  Hardware or software?  Office space or lack of supervision? This persons time or that ones?  These materials or the technicians labor?  The gas or the hotel?  The customer credit or the complaint on the internet?

There are reasons to make decisions.  Using a criteria of financial efficiency, we must know and consider the costs involved, and use liberally what is inexpensive to save what is more expensive.

Ted Kidd

Brilliant AND concise. I’ve been looking for a simple way to express this idea. I need look no further.

Beautifully done.
