Your business and your job in it are two different things. There are lots of jobs in your business that have to be done. One of the luxuries of being the owner of a small business is that you get to chose which jobs you will do or not do.
Building your business and all it’s important functions is something you have to make sure gets done. But building and reinventing your job in it so you are happy each day is another part of it you should get right.
