Is it a place? If so, where is it?
No. It’s not a place – so you can never “get there”.
It’s a journey. And you don’t have to get to the “end” of this journey to be a success. There is no end.
Success is continual personal growth – the progressive realization of worthy ideals and goals.
Are you a success now?
Success I agree are all the things you illustrate. I will say in addition to that. Success is the ability to be observant of your surroundings enjoy what God has offered us each day. The four seasons, winter and its beautiful blankets of snow, the warmth of the fireplace, the home cooked comfort food. Spring the joy the first flowers bring as they poke through the snow, giving that magical hope of warmer weather, planting of flowers and veggies. Then summer, Bar-b-Q’s, swimming the warm sun as you lay on the grass playing with the kids and dog. Only to come to fall, stand on a hillside and look over a valley at a patchwork quilt of color, the smell of coffee, bacon, and wood burning. Yes Success is good enjoy whatever season of life your in.
