These days everyone has access to information, yet some remain ignorant.
“To be ignorant of one’s ignorance is the malady of the ignorant.” – A. Bronson Alcott
“Ignorance is not a simple lack of knowledge but an active aversion to knowledge, the refusal to know, issuing from cowardice, pride, or laziness of mind.” – Karl Popper
“Ignorance is an evil weed, which dictators may cultivate among their dupes, but which no democracy can afford among its citizens.” – William Beveridge
We are all very lucky to have the resources we have at our fingertips these days. The only excuse for ignorance, is ignorance itself! I am very grateful for Mark Daconto- I tell everyone that there is no better person than Mark. We are lucky to have a guy like Mark who cares so much for this network.
This reminds me of something I read in a Richard Paul Evans book. It was basically people were swimming in a sea of information but drowning in ignorance. It is SO important to be informed and get the facts!
