Drama always cost money

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

Unexpected surprises.  People freaking out or not getting along.  Mistakes.  Accidents.  Customers upset.

Whatever kind of drama it is, it costs money.  Good people will leave – they don’t need the drama.

A good leader prevents drama and causes things to run smoothly and without friction.

It’s on the leader to make this happen – and in most cases the leader is the ONLY one who can make drama go away.

Are you up to the task?

Jeff Russell

I can’t do drama! In fact, I will not tolerate it for one minute. If I hear of the rumor of drama, I go right to the source and deal with it right then and there. I expect EVERY person to treat each other good, I also encourage “healthy” conversations. It’s ok to have a disagreement and any person can argue, but it takes real men and women to debate without the drama. Our job is to build leaders and to teach our people how to have a healthy conversation.

Ditto what Jeff Russell said.
