In the grand scheme of life, the adversity you have had doesn’t matter – only how you handle it.
How are you handling it?
Do you turn adversity into strength, opportunity, and/or mental toughness?
Is adversity your poison or your fuel?

Good Morning, Larry. I note the colorful writing in your heading picture – might that be the product of Energel pens in your journal? 😉
Have a great day!

I am a strong believer that I am 100 % accountable for everything that comes in my space, every moment, and every thing that happens to me happens so that I can either rise above or give in and decide that I’ve reached as far as I want to go.
For me there is always more, there is always more to learn. And so therefore, I’ll keep pushing myself every day, in every way.

I think I rise well to adversity, but just this year I am finding a new path in the day to day PIA issues or tasks. Previously they’d bring me down, now I am seeing them as our windows to our growth and improvement path. And generally just handing them better. I think a lot of that has to do with the amazing team support we have in place.
