A Leader can’t place blame when things go wrong and take credit when things go bad. No one will want to be led by you that way. It has to be the other way around.
Leader – “If it goes bad – I did it. It goes so-so, we did it. If it goes great, you (they) did it.”

Makes perfect sense. I have found that almost all problems lead back to the leader but the leader rarely accomplishes anything without the help of someone else.
That’s neat about those guys that have saved your messages and even wallpapered with them! I admit I haven’t saved all of them but I do have a special folder where I file them after I’ve read them so that I can go back and reference or share in the future!
