Larry Janesky: Think Daily

“For entrepreneurs there inevitably comes a time when the mountain of decisions needed to be made exceeds the number of minutes in a day.  At this point, the creative and innovative genius must learn to rely on others to sustain the vision despite the entrepreneur thinking his judgment on all matters is indispensable.”

Very timely post for me.
Thanks, Larry!

Amen!
I love your book “The Highest Calling” and it’s where I was first introduced to you! I don’t remember how the book found me or I the book but it was/is a great encouragement for me in running my business. It vividly laid out the daily struggles that most contractors face in the early years of their business. It gives hope that I’m not the only one with these struggles and that there is a way out! It could be a real life changer for so many small businesses in the construction industry if they would just read or listen to it!
