In order to get your priorities straight, you need to know what they are. You may think you know what they are, but you may be wrong. If you are stuck or kinda stuck, or if your business is not making the progress it should, you do not know what your priorities should be. You may be doing your best, but your business is a reflection of your thinking and you are not thinking well.
If a new and better and more experienced leader came and took over your business, after an evaluation and seeing things right, they probably would have a different priority list than you.
A great leader works on and gets his/her team working on the number ONE thing that will move the needle tomorrow. Knowing what it is must be the first step.
