The time to stop is when you have a million things to do, can’t keep up, and have no time to stop.
This is not what you wanted when you started, right?
Your health is not worth it right? (Right!)
It’s not what you are doing, it’s HOW you are doing it. You have not adjusted your job to the current state of your business and you probably aren’t empowering (trusting, training, allowing) others to take parts of your job from you.
Just stop, take a break, remember what’s important, and reset. Gather up the lesson. Redesign who you are and how you show up in it.
Take care of you.
Then you can try again more intelligently.
100% on point! I recently learned that it’s actually fun to watch others succeed. Plus, I found out that there are a lot of people that I work with that if I let them, they do a much better job at things than I do.
