A big part of being successful is being focused. “But I’m not very focused,” you say?
Most everybody, whether they are doing well or not, is focused on something.
A guy may not doing well in some areas, but he’s really great at playing video games – because he focuses on it.
A 16-year-old boy may be failing math because he is really focused on his first car, and spends all his free time with it, working on it, or thinking about it.
We’re all focused, but some are focused on things that don’t produce very good results over the short or long term, and some are.
What are you focused on?
GROWING!
Working on becoming the Best Version of myself I can .
Learn, Adjust, Try.
Learn, Adjust, Try again
Keep Growing

I have the ThinkDaily, ‘What is the most important thing today?’ pinned up on the wall above my laptop. A reminder that the most powerful tool is my ability to prioritize and focus on what I need to do right now. What can I be doing right now, that would create the greatest result for me and my team? Am I doing the right work? Amazing how when I look back, I’ve sometimes avoided that question. Not anymore! Have a great weekend, Larry!
For better or worse, I’m focusing on my physical and mental wellbeing. Without them, is there a point to literally anything else? At the end of the day, even my job means nothing if I’m not trying to be happy and be my best self.
Being Happy and exhibiting happiness. Choosing to be happy or find ways to be happy no matter the circumstances. Finding the silver lining or things that be learned or gained from unfavorable scenarios.
This also comes from another focus I have to learn from others by reading inspirational books, listening to productive podcasts, and trying the advise of those who have gone or done before me.
