Who is supporting your "old story"?

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

When you are trying to make a change and get better, sometimes there are people close to you and around you who know your old story and the old you, who keep supporting that old narrative.

If you are trying to make a change, it will make it a lot easier to spend time with people who support the new person you are trying to be, and not the old person you are trying to let go.

Right?

Larry, thank you for this today! I realized this just a few days ago when one of my managers said to me ” we used to do it a different way”, at that moment, I realized I didn’t make our new (latest) path clear to him. We have to be transparent and communicate the planned changes to make sure that our team knows we are capable of changing and must change to adapt in order to grow.

Absolutely Rightâť—
Changing who YOU ARE begins with changing the people you spend the most time with.
Find people that INSPIRE YOU, that are living the Life YOU WANT and that bring out the Best In You!
Spend most of your time with theses people….
Give up your old friends.
Walk confidently into the New Life You said you wanted
YES, its that easy.
