It’s hard to hear it sometimes, but if you really want to improve, you can’t be left to just yourself for advice.

This speaks to me, the hardest thing for me is to realize that I need the input of others in order to be successful. Admitting I need help from time to time has traditionally been painful for me. I accept it now and I have come to rely on my brothers and sisters in this network. It’s a great team full of knowledge that we all should rely on.
