A leader who is not available will miss a lot of feedback, ideas, opportunities, and be seen as more important than his team members – and that is not good.

Boy do I wish that my employer was available! Most of the time I felt as if I was on an island. All employers should practice what they preach! Businesses would actually have less hiccups.
