Larry, I’m not quite sure how you do it, but very often you hit on the exact subject I’m working on at the moment I open up Think Daily to read it (usually my first item for the day). At the moment, I’m working on a Clarity letter for one of my employees here in Indy. I feel he needs realigned with his position and a very clear understanding of our 2021 Visual Ambitions GOALS poster and how he can improve and impact 2021 goal achievement. He’s a great student, I know we can continue to grow and influence him! He’s going to be one of the best in his position in this industry. He’s an amazing talent and I want to make sure I do my part for him. Clarity is the definition of success!
