(This advice is for entrepreneurs whose businesses have grown and now they have a team.)
Just because you are good at something, does not mean you should be doing it. In fact, too often doing what you are good at just because you are comfortable doing it, prevents you from doing higher value leveraged activities that only the leader could do/initiate that will really move the needle.
So, think about what you had planned to do today. Is it something you have done lots of times before?
You doing it again is probably holding you back from scaling your business.
Good Morning. Today i am grateful for my staff
Great leaders work on their business more than they work in their business once they have built their team! Great advice
Thanks for the ion shout out! And a very fitting day — ion has a tremendous team and someone is always asking me if they can do more and take tasks from me, especially Kevin King and Kendra!
Thanks Larry… good morning to you. I enjoy your Think Daily messages and we value our business relationship.
Thanks for the recognition, Larry! Another valuable and very fitting message from you. Keep them coming!
I’m having a problem walking away from the smaller tasks during the day…I’m working on it though 😉
