You can change your organization the fastest and surest with this lever – change the leadership.
I realize that is probably you. It’s likely that you have used up all your best ideas by now, and that the method and style of leadership you are using has had it’s effect long ago, and now you are more of less stuck.
So…you can get leadership help by adding someone with different qualities, methods, and experience to your team, OR you can start reading and watching different content an hour a day to change your thinking.
Sure as the sun rises, change the leadership, change the organization.
Well in these challenging times you need as Larry has always done and I try to do to constantly to look beyond what you know to things you don’t know and maybe they can bring new ideas and newness to your organization. I hate to hear well we always did it this way !!! Does that mean it was RIGHT.
