Point of Reference

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

In every Olympics, they should have an average person compete in the events so we can have a point of reference and appreciate the athletes more.

I put together and support contractor dealer networks.  The point of reference is the average plain vanilla contractor.

There’s always lots of room for improvement, but I’d say we are world-class in reference to the average.

How are you doing in reference to the average?

Larry thats great you put together and support your network. More importantly though is to learn best practices from the networks that people belong to and how it can benefit them personally and professionally that would make them better than just being average.

Great morning in Chicagoland! I have to say..”your company and people” are “world class”! I’ve witnessed it!

I sometimes feel badly for our competitors who have websites that remain unchanged for years with stale content, that have answering services or cell phones taking customer calls and who generally do not think about working to improve the customer experience….but I only fell bad for a little while.
