Sometimes an employee just isn’t quite right for where you have them, and doing what they are doing.

You could move them to another position/department.

You could let them go.

You could pay them differently and change the incentives.

You could make them a subcontractor.

There are a many ways to make it work.  Think creatively.  Try things.
