It’s unbelievable to me that in my 50+ years on this planet that this is the first year where I have actually paid attention to pain. Being hyper sensitive to pain will help you focus. I wouldn’t have believed that if I hadn’t experienced it for myself.

Excellent point. Use the “pain” to drive you forward. It will make you a better person, only if you react correctly to the “pain”. Smile at it. Embrace it.
