As a leader we have to take responsibility for everything that is happening around us.
If the business is stuck, it’s our fault. It’s because of what we did or did not do.
For the business to grow, the leader must grow.

As a manager, we’re given no authority to make any changes or even heard when we give input but yet we’re held accountable for everything negative that doesn’t go the way that the leaders want them to. Sounds like the leaders don’t really have a good plan and cover it up by blaming others.
