Yesterday we said, “happy people have projects”.  What about your people?

Have you engaged them in a project to help you improve and grow the business?  

They want to help.  They want to be part of a solution.  They want to show you what they can do.

Happy employees are in the know and using their capacities to help you grow.

What’s your problem?  Talk about it with them, ask for ideas, and assign a project!
