Sure does – gave up twinkies a long time ago! Big fan of organic and natural foods and really interested in “regenerative agriculture” as a healthy method of production for excellent and sustainable food supply.

When my ideas have a long shelf life, I have a tendency to put them off and not address them immediately. Things with a long shelf life become stockpiled, and usually never get used to. When was the last time any of us reached into the very back of our pantry and thought “I remember buying this can of Spam three years ago. I was saving it for a day just like this.” Good ideas, AND good food should be moved to the front of the line.
