I am interested in knowing a little more about this comment. What exactly do you mean and how does your company do this? I know there has been a lot of talk in the industry lately about what the right thing to do is. I have been all over the board with this over the years and have had mixed experiences with all of them. For me, I don’t mind being transparent as long as a client values what we charge to be in business and make a reasonable profit and will still buy from us.
