The smartest one on the team – you?

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

Me being the smartest one on my team is a pretty low bar.  It means that because of selection, and/or suppression, I don’t get any ideas or performance better than my own and the responsibility for problem-solving and innovation falls squarely on me.

Find smarter, better, more diverse minds than your own, and unlock the owner’s willingness to share that talent in service of your organization’s goals.
