Delegate the old you to someone else. You know what great results the old you gets – your habits, your job, your duties. To make room for even better activites, delegate YOU. Get rid of all the stuff that fills your time by getting someone else to do all that!
Now you have a clean chalkboard and open time to be the next better version of yourself as a leader of the company you want to be, not the one you have now.
