If your people are happy, they will stay and get more experienced. They will be creative. They will want to get better and solve problems. They will be more fun to work with and have higher productivity rates.
What can you do to have a happy(er) company?
Make sure there is no part of the process that is redundant. That there is an understood purpose to each process

What you are doing is marvelous. I share it with all of my students in the P.R.I.D.E. PROGRAM. These are released inmates who are learning how to go into business for themselves.
