It is definitely the KISS method…
Keep It Simple Stupid.
Make something so easy to replicate that no matter what the background, anyone can do it as long as they just try. Think about your processes, are there any that are too advanced to where you couldn’t teach someone out of high school to learn them within 30 days? If so… Change that! (also, this will help with recruiting because now you can train new people who arn’t necessarily in the field of expertise that you are and you just have to find a culture fit. THAT is usually alot easier.)
