By getting other people on your team, and working on building their skills and abilities, and empowering them to do the work that needs to be done in your enterprise, including all customer-facing jobs, you can be getting results in more than one place, on more than one front at a time.
Changing your job from doer to leader/developer/encourager/champion of doers is leveraging your intentions in the marketplace.
