Public Scoreboards

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

Do your people know how to win at work? Do they know what results you are currently measuring?

Are their names on a scoreboard in public showing their performance?

By doing so, you’ll get people working on the right things, and unlock their inherent competitive natures to achieve the desired results.

Good Morning Larry!
I can second your posting. We have for about 6 months been posting every departments performance. This has done another thing as well. It has caused a few who didn’t want their numbers posted, due to low numbers, leave the company. The new replacements have since smashed it out of the park! A great benefit!
