How can the mind think about a glorious future if the body is sending it distress signals all the time? The body and mind are partners. The body houses the mind and nourishes it.

Thanks for the birthday wish Larry. But what I really want to thank you for is being a great person to look up to. I’ve always believed that people need to look up to someone. In my younger years I looked up to people for the wrong reason in most cases it wasn’t the person it was what they had I looked up to. But as I got older I realized money doesn’t always mean your a good person.
I would have never thought that from my crawlspace at my cottage I would be introduced to a person as solid as Larry Janesky . Thanks for all you do for people from your book, SOE and think daily I can’t speak for others but I know you’ve made a change in my life.
