Funny, that word “ Team ” I see it alot now at big businesses. Never really paid much attention. Hm…… is that why they are big ? Pella Windows is where I first noticed the term and now SOE ! I now understand and see it everywhere:)

I have had the pleasure of being a part of several really good teams between work, sports and Music. My current work team is the best team I’ve been on – by far. I work hard every day for myself and also got my team. It is richly rewarding!!!
