You can’t want success for others more than they want it for themselves. If they don’t want to do what it takes to succeed, you pulling them along will only lead to disappointment and even disaster for yourself.
What you can do is make opportunities available for them to succeed and then find the people who want those opportunities. It may not be the ones you had hoped, but that’s the way it is.
