After reading a book you mentioned in your training in Charlotte (Relentless) I realize you are the one that sets your standards. You can’t blame the enviornment, your employees or the fact that someone is doing better than you. You set the bar for yourself. Example from the book; the glass is half full or half empty. It’s a glass with water. Do something with it or pour it out and start all over. We spend too much time figuring out is it half full or half empty. Pick a side and commit to it.
