If your truck had a problem with the fuel supply, it isn’t moving, right? If it had a spark problem, or a piston problem, you’re stuck. How about a driveshaft problem, or a flat tire? Can you imagine sitting there stranded on the side of the road, with a $70,000 truck, loaded with good parts and assemblies, that won’t go because of one broken part?
Your business is the sum of its interconnected parts. If one part is not working well, it affects the rest of the business, and the final outcome. You’ve got to have all the main functional parts working well – no exceptions.
Marketing, Sales, Production, Accounting, etc. – Which part is broken (or most deficient) now?

i have received these daily emails for several months now, and continue to get really good information from them. Does Larry ever invest in other businesses? I may have something worth taking a look at if so.
